Refund policy
We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for size issues or manufacturing defects. As a small-batch label with limited stock, we currently do not accept direct refunds, except as store credit (valid for 6 months) in certain cases.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation email or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll email you detailed instructions and arrange a reverse pickup. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If a defect/wrong item is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept exchanges/returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, stains, fragrance, or damage not due to our error

Shipping costs:
- For approved defect/wrong item cases, Baari covers the reverse pickup.
- For size exchanges or change-of-mind (where eligible), customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size/design you want is to request an exchange. Once your exchange is approved and we receive your original item in acceptable condition, we’ll dispatch the replacement (subject to stock availability). If the requested size/design is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
Refunds / Store Credit
Refunds are not provided in cash/bank transfer. Instead, if a return is approved and a replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
