Shipping policy
At Baari, every order is handled with care and love. Please read our shipping policy carefully to know how we deliver your products.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before dispatch.
- During sale periods or new launches, processing may take a little longer.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.
- Delivery timelines are generally 5–7 business days from dispatch (may vary depending on your location).
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned due to non-availability, it will not be eligible for refund, repeat fulfilment, or credit.
International Shipping
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- If you’re interested, please write to us at wear.baari@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee fulfilment, we’ll try our best to help.
Shipping & Handling Charges
- Domestic orders: Free of charge.
- International orders (if fulfilled on request): Charges depend on product size, weight, and destination. These will be communicated in advance.
- Any applicable charges (for custom packaging, oversized parcels, etc.) will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Sale/Promotion period: Please allow 20–25 business days for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please provide accurate and complete shipping details (including postal code and mobile number).
- Baari will not be responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier or logistics partner issues.
- Weather, strikes, or natural events.
- Remote location delivery timelines.
Baari will not be liable for such delays, but we will always try to support you in resolving them.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please sign it as “Received Damaged” with the courier and notify us immediately at wear.baari@gmail.com or +91 88105 22905.
- For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners and keep you updated.
