Welcome to Baari! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Baari. Baari operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Baari is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Baari may accept or decline your order at its discretion; your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Baari may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to the Returns & Exchanges terms in Section 25 of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted online may differ from prices offered elsewhere. We may run promotions governed by terms separate from these Terms; if there is a conflict, the promotion terms control.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method, (iii) charges will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices, including applicable taxes, shipping and handling.
Orders & Payments (Baari specifics):
- Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
- We accept online payments only (no Cash on Delivery).
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Shipping & Delivery (Baari specifics):
- Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping across India.
- International Orders: We currently do not accept international orders. If interested, email wear.baari@gmail.com and we’ll try our best, but fulfilment is not guaranteed.
- Shipping/handling rates may vary based on product size, volume, packaging, and destination. Final charges (if any) appear at checkout.
- Orders are processed from our warehouse in New Delhi and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Packages returned due to non-availability are not eligible for refund, repeat fulfilment, or credit notes.
- Provide accurate shipping details (including postal code and mobile number) to avoid delays.
- While we aim for timely delivery, unavoidable delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content (trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and the design/arrangement thereof) are owned by Baari, its affiliates or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without prior written consent.
Baari’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Baari or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without Baari’s prior written permission. Shopify’s marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided access to customer tools offered by third parties, which we neither control nor monitor.
You agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use is at your own risk, and you should review the terms of the relevant third-party providers. New features released in the future will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and links to third-party websites or functionality. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or accuracy. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
We are not liable for harm or damages related to your access to or use of third-party websites, products, services, resources, or content. Review the third party’s policies before engaging in any transaction. Direct any complaints or queries to the third party.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Baari is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Baari. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Baari, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Baari.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy (linked therein). By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the Services. Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability). We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; harass or harm others; transmit false or misleading information; send spam/unsolicited promotions; impersonate others; upload malware; scrape data; or interfere with security features.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Sections intended to survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy) will continue to apply.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by Baari, the Services and all products offered are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so the above may not apply to you.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Baari, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services or any products procured using the Services, even if advised of the possibility.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Baari, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or referenced documents, (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (3) your use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim and may control the defense and settlement at your expense.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and deemed severed; the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the site or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign these Terms or your rights/obligations without our prior written consent; any attempt is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights/obligations without consent or notice.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes as required by law; changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 25 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES (BAARI POLICY)
At Baari, each product is crafted with care and limited in quantity. To minimise waste, we do not offer returns. Instead, we provide exchanges or credit points (valid for 6 months) if eligible.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange is accepted within 15 days of delivery for:
- Size-related issues (item must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging intact).
- Manufacturing defects (must be photographed on unboxing).
- Not eligible: sale/discounted purchases, customised orders, bulk orders, international orders.
Exchange Process
1. Contact us within 15 days via:

- Call: +91 88105 22905 (Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 7 PM IST)
- Share order number, delivery address, clear photos (for defects), and requested size (for size exchanges).
Items must be in original packaging with all tags, bags, and inclusions.
2. Reverse pickup: If your request is accepted, we’ll email instructions and arrange a reverse pickup. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
After quality inspection:
- A fresh piece will be shipped if available; or
- If not available, Credit Points will be issued (valid 6 months).
Important Notes
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same article/design. Different prints/styles cannot be requested unless the required size is unavailable.
- No exchanges on sale/discounted purchases.
- Packages marked as “Received Damaged” must be signed with the courier at delivery to process claims.
Shipping costs:
- For approved defect/wrong item cases, Baari covers the reverse pickup.
- For size exchanges (where eligible), customers may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.
Credit Points / Gift Cards
- Not refundable or redeemable as cash.
- Must be redeemed in one transaction.
- If the merchandise value exceeds the credit value, you pay the difference.
- If the merchandise value is lower, the balance lapses (no carry-forward).
- Cannot be redeemed during sales, promotions, or discounts.
Sale Period T&Cs
- Delivery timeline (Domestic): 7-14 business days.
- No customisation orders during sales.
- Slight variations in print/placement are normal and not eligible for exchange.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items.
- Credit points cannot be applied to sale products.
General Terms (Returns/Exchanges)
- BAARI is not responsible for delays due to courier issues or incorrect shipping details.
- No refunds for refused packages or failed delivery attempts.
- Policies may change without prior notice. If there is a conflict, these Terms prevail.
